**What You Will Do** **:**

Guidehouse is seeking a consultant to support our Energy Efficiency/Electrification programs with experience in the energy industry. This position requires experience with developing and delivering Energy Efficiency (EE), electrification and/or decarbonization solutions as well as team and partner management of various functional groups (internal and external), client, and stakeholders. This individual will also work with these functional groups to drive market transformation and adoption within our Energy Efficiency/Electrification programs. The Consultant will support the implementation of energy efficiency rebate programs for our state and local government clients.
