Europcar Mobility Group is looking for a motivated Station Agent to join our Network & Stations team within the Operations function.

As a Station Agent, you play a key role in maintaining our fleet to the highest standards while delivering top-tier service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles according to our high-quality standards, ensuring they are clean, road-legal, and meet all documentation requirements.
• Conduct thorough inspections using the Ready for Rent Checklist to ensure all vehicles are prepared for customer handover.
• Deliver and collect vehicles per customer requirements, ensuring smooth handovers by providing essential information including CO2 emissions and vehicle value.
• Identify any damage or maintenance issues, report these findings, and complete all necessary documentation at collection points.
