Job Responsibilities:

1. Track and ensure timely delivery of shipments from pickup to delivery.
2. Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure proper and complete task execution.
3. Stand in as a hub manager when necessary.
4. Handle cash on delivery (COD) payments and ensure daily banking.
5. Coordinate closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
6. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
7. Control inventory and monitor shipments to reduce the risk of missing or damaged parcels.
8. Perform any other tasks as instructed by superiors.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conform to ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System.
