Operations – Last Mile

Location: Penang, Malaysia

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, On-site

Job Description

• Track and deliver shipment from pick‑up to delivery
• Manage staff, subcontractors and part‑time workers to ensure job completion
• Act as hub manager when required
• Handle cash on delivery and deposit daily
• Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Control inventory and manage shipments to reduce risk of missing or damaged parcels
• Perform any other tasks instructed by superiors

Other Responsibilities

• Conform to ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System
