Responsabilities:
Works with the Regional Operations Manager to set operational goals, measures and reports results on a timely basis.Plans, directs, and implements station operations and administrative support to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.Responsible for preparing and analyzing performance reports in regard to identified Key Performances Indicators (KPI), budgets and forecasts.
