Job Description
The Station Officer manages the daily station operations, including receiving inbound parcels, processing walk‑in orders, sorting, staging and preparing items for dispatch. The role ensures accurate system updates, proper handling of parcels, and smooth coordination of inbound and outbound activities. It helps maintain operational standards and supports timely, efficient delivery service.
- Operational Compliance & Service Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and service guidelines to maintain operational efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Support: Coordinate with shunting drivers and internal support teams to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management in line with operational and business requirements.
