Manage fuel supply and combustion processes (natural gas, hog fuel, biomass) to optimize performance, cost, and emissions within regulatory limits.
Monitor and control process parameters including temperature, moisture, pressure, and plant chemistry (boiler, cooling towers, glycol) to ensure consistent product quality.
Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs, including contractor oversight during outages and down days.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation (Operating Engineers Act, Boiler and Pressure Vessels Act) and maintain accurate operational records and logbooks.
