This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to $24/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Erect and install structural steel stairs handrails and miscellaneous metals
+ Bolt weld align and secure steel components according to project specifications
+ Read and interpret blueprints shop drawings and layout plans
+ Safely operate hand and power tools commonly used in ironwork
+ Work at heights while following all osha and jobsite safety requirements
+ Assist with rigging material handling and equipment setup as needed
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
