Steel Fixers

Connect Grp require 2 x experienced steel fixers for a job at a water treatment plant in Dover.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Steel Fixer, specifically within Groundwork projects.

Relevant certifications, such as CSCS card AND EUSR water hygiene card.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Good understanding of safety protocols and health regulations on site.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans for steel reinforcement.

Measuring, cutting, and fixing steel bars as per project specifications.

Ensuring the correct placement of steel fixings and reinforcement cages.

Adhering to health and safety regulations throughout all tasks.

Collaborating with other groundwork and construction teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
