Position Overview

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Review of contract, technical drawing and equipment specifications to meet design obligations.
  • On time execution of design and engineering production drawing plan for awarded projects.
  • To liaise with designer, classification, vendors and client to meet new building, ship repair and conversion specification compliances.
  • Ability to read design drawings and carry out Interpretation based on classification rules and Maritime regulation.
  • Address to technical comment in writing, prepare solution proposal and prepare drawing remarks to correspond with related parties.
  • Prepare production drawing based on class reviewed drawings or client issued drawings.
  • Drawing responsibility to cover preparing of general arrangement, outfitting drawing, lifesaving arrangement, structure strength calculation, structure block construction plan, weight calculation, weight control, structure lift...
