**Hours | Schedule:**

+ Typical hours 9 p-5:30 a
+ No weekends or holidays unless we have a special project
+ Weekend Resource on call rotation with the other supervisors
+ On nights, oversee anywhere from 6 - 18 colleagues depending on the time and day

**Position Summary:**

Coordinates closely with Surgery to ensure Operating Room (OR) instrumentation and case carts are prepared, reviewing schedules in advance to meet daily needs. Processes and supplies equipment and materials using established procedures for decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization. Supports efficient workflow by anticipating provider requests, preparing case setups, and addressing patient care needs. Focuses on continuous process improvement while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
