As our **Sterile Processing Tech Lead** at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, you will play a critical role by ensuring the highest standards of sterile processing for surgical instruments and medical devices. You will oversee decontamination, assembly, preparation, and packaging for all sterilization and high-level disinfection methods. This leadership position involves maintaining stringent quality control records, managing biological monitoring systems, and acting as a relief lead in the Supervisor's absence, providing direction to team members and working as a vital liaison between CSSD, ORs, and nursing units, ensuring all instrumentation and implant needs are met.
