Key responsibilities for Steward

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in back-of-house areas including kitchens sculleries storage rooms and staff welfare facilities ensuring standards are met throughout the working day and during deep‑clean schedules.

• Operate dishwashing machinery and hand‑wash items as required ensuring crockery cutlery glassware and cookware are cleaned sanitised and stored correctly for immediate use.
