Position Overview
POSITION: Steward DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage REPORTS TO: Steward Supervisor/Sous Chef FLSA STATUS: Part-time/On call, hourly, Non-Exempt Summary This position washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups and small equipment for the department, while maintaining the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and organized condition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and clean inventory of small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
Keep area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions for kitchen personnel.
