A Stewarding Team Leader is responsible for supervising the Kitchen Stewards to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while supporting the overall Back of House operations.

What will I be doing

As a Stewarding Team Leader you are responsible for supervising the Kitchen Stewards and supporting the Back of House team to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. A Stewarding Team Leader will also be required to coordinate other kitchen responsibilities make certain Back of House areas are maintained and ensure that health and safety are top priorities. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise the Kitchen Stewards ensuring high standards
• Support the Back of House Team in training and development
• Coordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities
