Overview

Tracker requires the services of an Installation Support – Stock Controller in the Operations (Installation Support) Department, based in Pretoria. The position is responsible for supporting the existing Fitment Centres and Tracker Technicians in the Pretoria region by ensuring accurate stock allocation, effective inventory management, and timely communication of stock movements. The role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, coordinating with stakeholders, and upholding Tracker’s standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities Ensure all ordered stock is allocated to the correct Fitment Centres and Tracker Technicians Document and communicate back orders to relevant stakeholders Reconcile stock counts from Fitment Centres and Technicians, investigating discrepancies Prepare waybills for courier shipments to Regional Offices and Fitment Centres Receive and document incoming deliveries from suppliers, notifying stakeholders Dispatch stock to Fitment...
