Position Overview
Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or Auditing would be advantageous.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience conducting stocktakes or inventory audits within convenience retail, FMCG, supermarket or fuel retail environments.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and stock reconciliation.
- Experience using stock management or ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively across South Africa, including overnight travel. Key Responsibilities - Conduct scheduled and ad hoc stocktakes at convenience stores across South Africa.
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile stock variances.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify possible causes.
