About the Role The StoreAssistant (Data Entry) will support store operations by performing accurate and timely data entry for store transactions, maintaining reliable records, and assisting with store documentation and basic administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities - Perform high-volume data entry for store transactions, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), WRV transactions, and MTV stock transfer or location updates.
- Update and maintain daily system records such as GRN logs and supplier records.
- Check and verify data against supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing for data entry records.
