Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient running.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, proper stock levels, storage, and housekeeping.
• Prepare material requisitions and purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery to projects.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming supplies and arrange delivery to site.
• Coordinate material transfers between projects to optimize use and reduce wastage.
• Float RFQs, compare quotations, and process LPOs per company procedures.

Skills

Basic familiarity with construction materials used in coatings and concrete repair — epoxy and PU coatings, waterproofing systems, repair mortars, grouts and other building materials.

Familiarity with leading approved brands such as Sika, Jotun, StonCor, Fosroc, and Mapei.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
