Position Overview

What You Will Do
  • Inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with airworthiness certificates and purchase/repair orders.
  • Identify, document, and raise discrepancy reports for any defects, damages, or quality issues.
  • Ensure all accompanying documents are collated and comply with statutory, client, and internal regulations.
  • Perform necessary transactions in SAP as required.
  • Maintain documentation records for audit, traceability, and reporting purposes.
  • Monitor shelf life and expiration dates of engine spares.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, aviation safety, and quality standards.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
