Position Overview

Drive store performance as a Store Leader. Support daily operations, lead retail teams, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met in a vibrant environment.
This role reports directly to management and involves leading store operations effectively. You'll be responsible for supervising associates, implementing merchandising strategies, and addressing customer complaints. Important management tasks will include cash handling, training staff, and maintaining inventory during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
