Trained to handle full outlet operations in the first 3 to 6 months which includes backend kitchen duties, front end customer services, tea making procedure, product quality assurance, manpower planning and cost controlling.
Upon being proficient in the outlet operations, you will move on to understand more on inventory management, business development and administrative support functions.
To be responsible to uphold outlet hygiene, maintenance and pest control requirements according to SFA, NEA and company guidelines.
You will have the chance to attend training courses in Taiwan or Singapore that will equip with essential expertise to perform management positions.
You will be in charge of managing a small team of service crew and supervising their responsibilities at the outlet level.
