About the role:

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Leader to join our dynamic team & busy team in our Rural Supplies store in Amberley. In this role you'll be responsible for leading a team of salespeople to provide technical sales advice and services to a range of agricultural customers. You will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the store in line with company strategy and values, and you will work with the wider team in the region to grow our market share and business presence in the community.

Administration, compliance, inventory and staff management are also important parts of this role, so you'll be computer savvy with strong oral, written and interpersonal skills. You will be highly organised and enjoy working in an autonomous environment dealing with a wide range of customers.
