Job Description

Due to their ongoing expansion plans, they are now looking to recruit a Store Manager to run their Banbury unit. A background in one of the Electronics / Pawnbroking / Jewellery sectors would be seen as an advantage.

The Role

• Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
• Dealing with store issues such as queries and complaints
• Drive and motivate your team
• Interviewing and recruiting new staff
• Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
• Organising rotas and holidays
