Retail Leaders are expected to lead from the front, inspire success in all areas of people management and store management. 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.

• Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success.
