We are recruiting for one of our clients, a well-known chocolatier, a Store Manager.
Main tasks:
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure quality service Welcome and advise customers with expertise and professionalism Manage stock, orders, deliveries, and sales follow-up Organize and showcase the store and products (merchandising and window displays) Participate in sales activities Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards specific to the chocolatier Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and partners Contribute to customer loyalty and promote the brand's image
Required profile :
