KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Managing, coaching, motivating and developing a small team
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals enhancing and developing the business
• Provide and ensure an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as BLUE LEMON brand values
• Organize and capture meaningful customer data for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities
• Ensure BLUE LEMON visual standards.
