About Your Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with 2‑4 years of Retail Leadership Experience. The successful candidate will bring a positive, enthusiastic outlook and a passion for sales and leadership to work collaboratively with our retail team.

We have deep-rooted clientele between the ages of 35‑60+ who have supported Suzanne’s for years and appreciate personalized, one‑on‑one attention. Training and working alongside the District Manager, you will be responsible for proactively overseeing and coaching a passionate team of Fashion Associates.
