Role Summary
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned pharmacy store and ensuring achievement of store-level KPIs. The role will focus on store operations, staff supervision, customer handling, process adherence, reporting, and coordination with the Head Office / Area Team.
