Parts Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership. The role involves assisting customers with parts enquiries, identifying and sourcing truck parts, preparing quotations, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 2–5 years' experience in truck or commercial vehicle parts sales
• Experience with commercial vehicle brands such as FAW, Volvo, MAN, or similar
• Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP/parts management system
• Strong technical knowledge of truck parts, OEM part identification, and VIN decoding
• Experience with quotations, invoicing, ordering, and back‑order management
• Basic understanding of commercial truck mechanical systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
