The Role

The Store Manager works with the District Supervisor to oversee all store operations, plan and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability. The Store Manager is responsible for merchandising, customer service, and the training and development of their team.

The Store Manager must adhere to all company policies and procedures, demonstrate professionalism and integrity, foster trust and respect within the team, and keep an open mind in dealing with customer and employee issues. The Store Manager monitors performance and takes immediate action on substandard performance, leading to a positive customer and employee experience.
