Store Manager
Do you enjoy fashion and leading teams? We are looking for a Store Manager to run the store, deliver an excellent customer experience, and achieve sales targets.
What will you do?
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure outstanding customer service
- Maintain store image and visual standards
- Manage stock, replenishment, and inventory
- Handle cash register and administrative tasks
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team
- Oversee store-related online sales and marketplace
Requirements
- +4 years of experience as Store Manager or similar (fashion/retail preferred)
- Good knowledge of Excel and Office tools
- Languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish
- Organized, proactive, and strong leadership skills
- Customer and sales-oriented mindset
