Position Overview
Supervise daily store operations and staff activities
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving targets
Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional activities
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product availability
Prepare sales reports and assist in inventory monitoring
Train, coach, and motivate store staff
Ensure compliance with company and mall regulations
Qualifications
At least college level or vocational graduate
At least 2 years of experience in retail or sales supervision is an advantage
Strong leadership and communication skills
