About the role:
You will be responsible to achieve sales and maximizing profitability through effective management of the store team, service excellence, CRM and implementation of other related company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities: Achieve assigned store sales and KPI targets Work with store team to recruit new VIC and achieve high retention rate by implementing CRM tactics Coach and mentor subordinates performance and lead by example Be a brand ambassador by instilling retail excellence within the team Prepare various monthly store report Work with visual merchandising team in maintaining impeccable store image
