We are seeking a Store Manager to join a Premium/Luxury Italian brand in the city center of Madrid.

• Support and train the sales team and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Supervise the sales team, providing guidance and coaching to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Lead and inspire the sales team to enhance their selling skills and meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide immediate coaching and feedback to the team after each transaction and client interaction, addressing both successes and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possess commercial awareness and experience working towards sales-related KPIs.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish mandatory.
