Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Verify daily inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with records to maintain stock integrity 
Update daily inventory reports for incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accurate tracking 
Perform daily physical stock counts to monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies 
Generate daily purchase order requests to replenish stock timely and prevent shortages 
Enforce FIFO compliance daily to maintain product quality and reduce waste 
Coordinate with other departments daily to facilitate smooth stock flow and resolve inventory issues 
Prepare weekly shipments for Penang, ensuring accurate packing and documentation 
Replenish stock daily to maintain optimal inventory levels for production needs 
Process daily issuance requests to fulfill internal department requirements promptly
