Position Overview

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inventory levels across all hotel departments, ensuring accuracy through regular reconciliations.
  • Review departmental requisitions and issue stock efficiently with proper documentation.
  • Maintain storeroom operations, ensuring hygiene, safety, and compliance with FIFO principles.
  • Coordinate monthly and ad hoc stock takes and investigate variances or losses.
  • Maintain accurate records in inventory systems and support finance and audit processes.
  • Act as the point of contact for stock-related queries from operational departments.
  • Collaborate with the Hotel Controller, Executive Chef, F&B Manager, Executive Housekeeper, and General Manager.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
