WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This role is part of the NIKE Direct Retail organization, leading a district of stores across the LATAM marketplace. The team focuses on delivering premium consumer experiences, operational excellence, and strong marketplace results. You will report to regional retail leadership, manage store leadership teams, and partner with cross‐functional groups including Retail Operations, Merchandising, HR, Finance, and Marketplace teams.
