**Role Description**
+ Assess market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, regulatory direction, and technology developments to support national-level account strategy and business decisions
+ Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the EFS vertical from both commercial and technical perspectives, with the goal of expanding market penetration through workflow solution build-in
+ Partner with pre-sales technical teams, including Application and TSS, to develop workflow solutions that align customer needs with company capabilities, and support early influence on national standards, methods, and regulatory requirements
