Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to serves as a strategic thought partner and force multiplier to senior leadership: translating ambiguity into structured, executive-ready narratives, decision frameworks, and strategic insights.
This role focuses on shaping thinking rather than driving execution, converting loosely defined ideas into compelling stories and actionable perspectives that accelerate decision-making.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Translate loosely defined concepts, conversations, and inputs into executive-level presentations, strategic narratives, and decision materials with clear tradeoffs and recommendations
