Advise on governance, legal structures and litigation strategy. Support due diligence and transaction execution. Requirements 10+ years of commercial legal, corporate advisory or transaction experience. Qualified lawyer advantageous but not essential. Strong legal network and understanding of Qatar and international legal frameworks. Experience in M&A, contracts, governance, negotiations or corporate structuring.
