• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for data and AI solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and IT teams to deliver data-driven and AI-powered solutions.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the design and implementation of AI/ML models and data analytics solutions.
• Develop business cases, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
