**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in contract management, alliance management, or professional services within an enterprise environment.
+ Experience engaging with and advising C-suite or VP-level executive stakeholders.
+ Experience managing cross-functional projects involving legal, financial, and technical stakeholders.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to work with local clients and partners.
