Ansira, LLC is seeking a Director of Human Resources for Colombia to translate global HR strategy into practical local execution in Medellín. You will partner with US HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution, and own employee relations with Colombia laws in mind.

You will lead compensation, benefits, payroll governance, HR operations, and develop the Colombia HR team while driving culture and change across the region.
