Key Responsibilities
- Own key account relationships, lead contract management, conduct high‑level business reviews, and resolve commercial challenges.
- Map customer organizations, uncover hidden opportunities, and inject customer insights into RDNZ’s broader strategic vision.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver value to clients.
- Ensure all documentation and operations meet Roche’s gold standard for quality, compliance, health, and safety.
