Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Manage and enhance relationship with end users on assigned territory 
Identify, breakthrough, and maintain key customers in the Territory 
Meet with senior management/decision makers of customers to form demand and pass projects to distributors 
Support key projects/tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors 
Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs 
Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements, to maximize business opportunities 
Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotion activities 
Work closely with key clients, decision makers, and hospitals in the region 
 Requirements  Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred
