Summary:

Monetization Partnerships team is looking for a strategic and operationally strong Partner Operations Manager with focus on WhatsApp. The person will work with key partners, support a data and analytics function, and help set the strategy for the Business Messaging team and partner management in the region. The Partner Operations Manager works to ensure a seamless experience for partners on our platform through deep product expertise and business analytics, while also supporting the partnerships teams in the resolution of operational tasks, and by also generating reports and operational views on key programs. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, excel at working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
