About the Role

Hi, I'm Rita, Senior Manager, Total Rewards & People Insights.

I've been at Jane for a year, and during that time I've had the opportunity to support the programs, systems, and experiences that help our people thrive. My team is responsible for areas like compensation, benefits, people operations, and workforce insights. Together, we create the foundation that supports every Janer throughout their journey at Jane and helps us deliver on our mission to help the helpers.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, prioritizing quality time with my family, and focusing on wellness. Those interests have shaped how I approach leadership and teamwork - with an emphasis on sustainability, balance, and creating environments where people can do great work while feeling supported.
