Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) is seeking a Strategy Consultant for a 12‑month freelance contract to support the Gaming Strategy Team. You will help with strategic planning, governance, performance management, and initiative tracking across the organization, working with senior leadership and multiple workstreams.

You will develop briefing materials, executive dashboards, and governance documents while coordinating inputs from various departments.
