We are looking for an Strategic Project/Program Manager. Location: Acuña (Coahuila) - Del Río (Texas) Role Summary The Strategic Project/Program Manager is accountable for leading the execution of a large-scale manufacturing expansion in Acuña to support 2027–2028 demand. This role drives cross-functional alignment across operations, supply chain, finance, and staffing to ensure capacity, cost, and delivery objectives are achieved. Qualifications 10 years of project/program management experience Proven experience leading manufacturing scale-up or operational expansion initiatives Experience managing complex programs (9–18 months, $20M budgets) Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control) Experience working in cross-functional, multi-location environments Industry background in automotive, telecom, pharma, or industrial manufacturing preferred Ability to travel ~50% and work onsite in Acuña
